"R"is for "Roule"

Cherbourg .

From the Harbour, quay Alexander III, you can see la Montagne du Roule: a funny name, isn't it? especially for foreigners , because it's not a very high mountain !

  1. Thank you for the guided tour of the harbour. I preferred the sailing vessel they were restoring. And a mountain is a mountain, You own it and you decide it.

  15. I guess the town likes to think big and call their hill a mountain. It's all semantics, after all.
